Tim Martell (aka DJ Tim Martell) has been involved in the music industry as a DJ, producer, instructor and tastemaker for over 20 years. As head of Business Development for Rareform Sound, Tim focuses on finding the next big festival, concert venue, party and corporate partnerships bringing out all-star group of artists to the musical forefront.
Tim began his DJ career as a house and electronic music DJ before most teenagers had their first jobs. Within 5-years he was holding down a residency position at New York City’s legendary Limelight. Tim’s resume is endless; from being featured as the DJ for the Tribeca Film Festival, opening for Beyonce and Robin Thicke, as well as performing at Shawn White’s X-Games Fold After Party – there’s almost nothing he hasn’t done. He holds numerous residencies in NYC, as well as multiple European tours under his belt while also working for clients such as Nike, Lacoste, Sports Illustrated, Adidas, NBC, the New York Jets and Gucci, just to name a few.
