Raised in Kingston Jamaica, April Reign has always had a connection with music. Starting out as a dancer, then transitioning to music performance, April has been connecting with audiences since 2013 after graduating from Scratch Academy.
Moving to Kingston at the age of 9, and back to New York at the age of 16, April was and still is heavily influenced by West Indian and American culture, which has aided in crafting her flavor filled performances, allowing her to hone her style of smooth intricate cross genre mixing, as well as her ability to cater to different cross sections of audiences.
April’s energetic, warm, and animated personality, shines through while performing and has allowed her to take club goers and guests on a musical adventure which leaves them having an experience they never forget.
